Add camera
SFTP folder is the camera's Device Name (Setup → System → General on Dahua), which becomes the upload folder. Leave blank to use the camera key. Cameras also self-register the first time they upload — you can then relabel them here.
Camera-side SFTP settings
Plug these into the camera's FTP page (Setup → Network → FTP, tick the SFTP option). Ask your admin for the SFTP password — it isn't shown here for safety.
Add customer or admin account
Click Choose locations… to pick from every site you've registered. Super admins see everything; the locations you pick here don't apply to them.

What the AI has learned
Every time an admin fixes a plate (via Edit plate or AI re-read), the correction is recorded. When the AI re-reads a future plate, it sees these per-camera examples and adjusts. The more you correct, the better it gets at YOUR cameras' quirks.
